Empathy Logistics will establish a firm time for the patient to be picked up and transported. The most common complaint we hear when establishing service for a new patient is that the prior transport company was always late, or sometimes even failed to show up. Empathy Logistics takes great care to arrive on time, or early, and schedules adequate time between transports to permit adhering closely to the transport schedule. Our caring and compassionate staff will carefully transport the patient to their scheduled destination. For typical appointments requiring an hour and a half or less, they will wait to transport the patient home.
